A cake tasting is the perfect opportunity
to explore new flavors and find that perfect bite!
Standard tasting: 4 flavors, serves 2-4

Additional flavors (up to 8 total): $6.50 each
Tastings are held in the Knead café space in Rooms&Works at 55 Cromwell Street in Providence, RI.
We will discuss not only flavors but design, inspiration, pricing, logistics, and any details that you feel will allow me to bring that personal touch to your celebration.

Buttercream Basics
Learn to make your own layer cake
1-1.5 hrs - $65 per student
This class focuses on learning the skills and techniques to build and decorate a petite seasonal buttercream cake. You’ll take home professional-grade tools along with your creation!
Cake Decorating: Piping
Level up your decorating skills
1-1.5 hrs - $75 per student
In this class you’ll learn how to create movement, detail and flair with different buttercream piping techniques: pearl borders, rosettes, embroidery, and beyond. Cake Basics or prior experience recommended, but not required.
Cake Decorating: Painting
Dive into the artistry of buttercream
1-1.5 hrs - $75 per student
In this class you’ll learn everything from palette knife and brush painting to color mixing and design tips. Cake Basics or prior experience recommended, but not required.
